How are partners vetted?
Partners go through a vetting process before joining the platform. In beta, vetting is manual and may include review of portfolio, references, and business details. We only list partners who meet our quality standards—so you can book with confidence.
How does Yugy verify my partner showed up?
Every booking includes a secure verification flow. Your partner confirms they're on the way before your event, checks in when they arrive, and you confirm key milestones with a secure code—so both sides stay aligned.
What types of events does Yugy support?
Birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, fundraisers, school and university events — and more. If it's an event that needs great partners, Yugy can help.
How does booking and payment work?
One platform, one transaction. Browse partner profiles, compare pricing, and book directly through Yugy — everything is handled in one place.
What are digital e-invites and thank-you cards?
Before your event, send simple digital invitations via email (beta). After your event, send a thank-you message—also via email. Everything stays organized in one place.
How do partners get paid?
Partners are paid through the Yugy process after a booking is confirmed. Exact payout timing can vary, and we share payout details during onboarding.
What areas does Yugy serve?
We're launching in the Chicagoland area and expanding fast. Sign up for early access and we'll notify you when we're available in your area.
I'm a partner — how do I join?
Scroll down to the partner signup section or click "Join as a Partner" at the top. Fill out the form with your business details, and our team will review your application. Once approved, you'll start receiving booking requests — zero cold calls.
